By giving to the Chattanooga Community Kitchen, you become a partner in our work of serving the homeless, hungry and less fortunate in our area.  Truly a home-grown organization, the Chattanooga Community Kitchen was founded by seven downtown churches in 1982.  Since then we have been working to make sure that “Help from the Heart of the City” is much more than just a slogan.  We’ve been working to meet needs.

In-Kind donations are accepted seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the  entrance to the kitchen located at 727 Chattanooga Community Kitchen awning.  You may use the loading area to park while donating.  Staff and volunteers are available to aid in receiving your donation as well as provide a tax receipt.

We value your support and regard ourselves as accountable not only to you but also to God for stewardship of the funds you entrust to us.  We are audited by a recognized, local independent CPA  firm and publish an audited annual financial statement.  The Chattanooga Community Kitchen (Chattanooga Church Ministries, Inc) is an IRS approved 501c3 organization with EIN 62-1151413. Qualified donations are tax deductible per IRS guidelines.
